成都绿舟博物馆经过6年的探索,结合非遗文化的特殊性,发展出了一套有别于传统博物馆的运营模式:即根据观众为中心,提出“软服务”概念,更精确定位观众需求,引导观众欣赏、了解非遗,提高博物馆服务深度。同时为了更好地进行服务,打破传统博物馆展览空间,把观众的体验与感受纳入博物馆展示展览范畴,形成以“体验性感受”为主的博物馆展示系统。
After six years of exploration, combining with the uniqueness of non-heritage culture, Chengdu Green Boat Museum has developed a set of different operation modes from traditional museums: that is, based on the audience, the concept of “soft service” Audience needs, guide the audience to appreciate non-heritage, improve the depth of museum services.
