医院属于社会服务的重要窗口,是治疗疾病、保护人们健康的主要场所。近几年,随着民主法制的建设和广大公民法律意识的增强,人们对医疗服务质量的要求和医疗行为的审视眼光越来越高,随之是医疗纠纷发生率逐年上升,处理难度加大。这其中有社会、医疗机构、患者三方面的原因,本文通过分析这三方面的原因来探讨减少和防范医疗纠纷的对策。
The hospital belongs to an important window of social services and is the main site for treating diseases and protecting people’s health. In recent years, with the building of democracy and legal system and the enhancement of legal awareness of the general public, people have become more and more demanding on the quality of medical service and on medical behaviors. As a result, the incidence of medical disputes has risen year by year, making it more difficult to handle medical disputes . Among these reasons, there are three aspects of society, medical institutions and patients. This paper discusses the countermeasures to reduce and prevent medical disputes by analyzing the causes of these three aspects.
