自太航学校开展教育教学论坛以来,他们每月确定一个论题,围绕主题,教师们畅谈教育教学理论、自己教育实践中的细节问题、阐述自己的观点、评论别人的正误与得失等。尽管他们还不像专家、学者高屋建瓴一番,但我们已感到一个个青年教师成长起来了。一次次的论坛,确实促进他们深入思考,反思自己的教学实践,纠正不当的教学行为,改进自己的教育教学方法,让自己时常处在一种思考研究、快乐成长的状态之中。由此可见,学校领导求真务实、开拓创新,为教师成长搭建平台。我们相信在不久的将来,一批年轻教师必然会脱颖而出,教育教学的新理念,一定会在太航学校这片热土上开出更鲜更艳的花,结出更多更硕的果。 Since the launch of the education and teaching forum at Taihang School, they have been setting a topic every month. Around the theme, teachers talk about education and teaching theories, details of their own education practices, elaborating their own opinions and commenting on the errors and gains and losses of others. Although they are not as good as experts and scholars, we have felt that a group of young teachers have grown up. Time and again the forum does promote them to think in depth, reflect on their own teaching practice, correct improper teaching behavior, improve their own teaching methods of education, so that they often in a state of thinking research, happy growth. This shows that the school leadership pragmatic, pioneering and innovative, build a platform for the growth of teachers. We believe that in the near future, a group of young teachers will inevitably come to the fore. The new concept of education and teaching will surely give more fresh and more brilliant flowers on the hot land of the Taihang School and bring about more and more fruit.
