合唱艺术是众多合唱队员相互配合、相互协作的一种集体表演形式,也是利用合唱队各声部的声音特点来塑造音乐形象、表达思想感情的一种“声乐交响”的音乐体裁。眼下,我国一些专业或业余合唱团似雨后春笋般地大量涌现,水平参差不齐,其合唱团员能力的提高离不开具备合格的指挥技能与综合素质的合唱指挥,而这些指挥人才绝大多数来自于高师音乐系的培养,因此本文第一部分将从三个方面分析社会现状急需合格的合唱指挥,第二部分将简要阐释进一步加强和改革高师音乐系合唱指挥课程的必要性和建议。 Choral art is a collective performance form in which many choir members work together and cooperate with each other.
