目的:探讨开展品管圈管理对防范重症医学科患者压疮发生的效果,为提高压疮预防管理提供参考。方法:将2013年1月~2015年6月浙江省温州市中心医院重症科的100例患者,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予基础护理,观察组在对照组的基础上施以品管圈管理,比较两组压疮发生率和护理满意度。结果:观察组的压疮率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈管理可以有效防范患者压疮的发生,提高患者满意度和整体护理服务水平。
Objective: To explore the effect of quality control circle management on the prevention of pressure ulcer in patients of severe medical department and provide references for improving the prevention and management of pressure ulcer. Methods: From January 2013 to June 2015, 100 patients in the Department of Critical Care of Wenzhou Central Hospital of Zhejiang Province were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given basic nursing. The observation group was given the control of quality control on the basis of the control group. The incidence of pressure ulcers and the satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results: The pressure ulcer rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: QA management can effectively prevent the occurrence of pressure ulcers in patients, improve patient satisfaction and overall nursing service.
