余甘多糖具有清除自由基、抗氧化和抗肿瘤的生物活性,然而对余甘多糖提取工艺的研究报道较少。本文采用微波前处理-热水浸提新工艺提取余甘多糖,通过单因素和正交试验研究微波时间、微波功率、热水浸提温度和浸提时间对余甘多糖得率的影响。结果表明,影响多糖得率的主要因素及其次序为热水浸提温度、热水浸提时间、微波时间、微波功率。在试验范围内,余甘多糖的最佳提取工艺条件是:微波时间60s、微波功率480W、热水浸提温度90℃、热水浸提时间4h。在此条件下,余甘多糖得率为7.94%。
Extracellular polysaccharide with free radical scavenging, anti-oxidation and anti-tumor biological activity, however, more research on extractive polysaccharide extraction process is reported. In this paper, a new technology of microwave pretreatment - hot water extraction of extractive polysaccharides, single factor and orthogonal experiments to study microwave time, microwave power, hot water extraction temperature and extraction time on the yield of polysaccharides. The results showed that the main factors affecting the yield of polysaccharides and the order of hot water extraction temperature, hot water extraction time, microwave time, microwave power. Within the experimental range, the optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharides were: microwave time 60s, microwave power 480W, hot water extraction temperature 90 ℃, hot water extraction time 4h. Under these conditions, the yield of extra-polysaccharide was 7.94%.
