为了适应“以病人为中心”的整体护理模式,提高护理质量,挖掘护理人员自身潜力,激发其工作热情,发扬执着奉献的敬业精神,推动护理学科的发展,我们选择了整体护理示范病区作为护士在职教育的试点,设制了在职教育内容和效果考核评价指标,并且以条件相同的护理组作为对照组,采用阶段与终末考评的方法,进行了护理理论和护理能力检测;两种护理模式、护理质量考评;护士对整体护理观认识程度的调查。其结果表明,在职教育是提高护士素质的有效途径;高素质的护理群体是确保整体护理有效开展的基础;分层次护士教育与按职称上岗促进了护理学科水平的提高。
In order to adapt to the “patient-centered” overall nursing model, improve the quality of nursing, tap the potential of nursing staff, stimulate their work enthusiasm, carry forward the dedication of dedicated professionalism, and promote the development of nursing disciplines, we have chosen the overall nursing demonstration ward as The pilot of nurses’ in-service education set up the in-service education content and performance evaluation indicators, and used the same conditions as the nursing group as a control group. The results show that on-the-job education is an effective way to improve the quality of nurses; high-quality nursing groups are the basis for ensuring the effective implementation of overall nursing; sub-level nurse education and job titles promote the improvement of the level of nursing disciplines.
