介绍了一种无模拉伸不锈钢热电偶套管的成型方法及生产工艺。通过对热电偶套管无模拉伸变形机制的研究,分析了拉伸速度的变化规律,并建立了无模拉伸套管的数学模型。实验证明, 该模型结构简单、精确可靠、具有实用价值。
A molding method and manufacturing process of a dieless drawing stainless steel thermowell are introduced. Through the research on the mechanism of no-mold tensile deformation of the thermowell, the changing rule of the tensile speed was analyzed and the mathematical model of the moldless tensile casing was established. Experiments show that the model is simple, accurate and reliable, and has practical value.
