目的比较两种方法检测医护人员手卫生质量结果。方法采用ATP生物荧光法和细菌定量培养方法,对医疗机构门诊医务人员手卫生质量进行检测与分析。结果用ATP荧光检测法检测医疗机构门诊医务人员手卫生质量合格率为69.17%,用细菌定量培养法检测医疗机构门诊医护人员手卫生质量合格率为78.20%,配对卡方检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两种方法检测结果均显示,公立医疗机构门诊医护人员手卫生合格率高于民营医疗机构,护士手卫生合格率高于医生。结论细菌定量培养法对手卫生监测合格率高于ATP荧光检测法,但后者操作简单快速。
Objective To compare the two methods to detect the quality of hand hygiene of medical staff. Methods The methods of ATP biofluorescence and bacterial quantitative culture were used to detect and analyze the hand hygiene quality of outpatients in medical institutions. Results The pass rate of hand hygiene of medical staff in medical institutions was 69.17% with ATP fluorescence detection method. The qualified rate of hand hygiene quality of medical staff in medical institutions was 78.20% by bacterial quantitative culture method. The paired chi-square test showed significant difference (P <0.01). The test results of the two methods show that the passing rate of hand hygiene of outpatient medical staff in public medical institutions is higher than that of private medical institutions, and the passing rate of hand hygiene of nurses is higher than that of doctors. Conclusion The qualified rate of bacterial monitoring by hand is higher than that by ATP fluorescence detection method, but the latter is simple and fast.
