对4个非洲种质和4个常用种质组配的16个组合的玉米穗部性状、抗病性及病害与产量的相关性进行分析。结果表明,坦桑尼亚种质ZB903所配制的组合产量表现较稳定,综合抗病性强,在抗病育种中有较大的利用价值;埃塞俄比亚种质与黄改系种质选育的CM07组配的组合产量最高、百粒重大、穗行数多,对产量影响最严重的茎基腐病表现达高抗水平。直接利用非洲种质的效果并不理想,其与黄改系种质杂交选育的自交系可在黄淮海重点利用。瑞德×(塘四平头+非洲种质)是黄淮海利用该种质比较理想的杂种优势模式之一。
The correlations of panicle traits, disease resistance and disease incidence to yield of 16 combinations of 4 African germplasm and 4 commonly used germplasms were analyzed.
