电子商务在旅游业发展中起到了重要的作用,借助于互联网渠道来进行旅游业产品开发、市场拓展,直接促进产业融合,为社会大众提供最有效的信息资源和产品服务,从而来从根本上提升旅游产业的竞争力。电子商务在旅游市场发展中的渗透,实现了对旅游资源的重新整合,引导社会大众朝着个性化的消费理念迈进,同时也在根本上促成旅游市场营销方式的革新。但是由于目前我国旅游电子商务发展还不够成熟,旅游市场营销还存在不少的缺陷,不利于提升旅游业的核心竞争力。
