建筑节能设计工作已在我国全面开展多年,国家建立健全了民用建筑节能标准体系,并鼓励制定、采用优于国家民用建筑节能标准的地方民用建筑节能标准。由于本地区为夏热冬冷地区,因而在执行标准时,应结合本地的气候特点、产业基础、能源状况作具体研究分析。本文重点研究夏热冬冷地区民用建筑的节能设计和节能建筑的现状,并且对节能建筑在施工和使用过程中凸显的质量问题做相应的分类研究。
Building energy-saving design work has been carried out in our country for many years in an all-round way. The state has established and perfected the standard system for energy efficiency of civil buildings and encouraged the formulation and adoption of local civil building energy conservation standards that are superior to the national civil building energy efficiency standards. Because the area is hot and cold in summer and cold in winter, the implementation of standards should be based on local climate characteristics, industrial base, and energy status for specific research and analysis. This paper focuses on the energy-saving design and energy-saving construction of civil buildings in hot summer and cold winter area, and makes a corresponding classification research on the quality problems highlighted in the construction and use of energy-efficient buildings.
