提出了LCT顾客满意度评价指标体系,并运用模糊理论和层次分析理论为LCT设计了具体的顾客满意度评价方法,最后通过实际计算得出了LCT的顾客满意度评价结果。
Proposed LCT customer satisfaction evaluation index system and designed a specific customer satisfaction evaluation method for LCT by using fuzzy theory and AHP theory. Finally, LCT customer satisfaction evaluation results were obtained through actual calculation.
