培养高职学生主观能动性,能够激发学生学习的自主意识和主观意识,既满足了学生自身发展的需求,迎合了社会与企业的要求,又落实了高职院校的教学目标。做好高职生开展学习主观能动性培养,高职院校教师自身要具有指导学生的能力和素质,院校应采用积极手段优化课堂教学过程,教师要根据知识认知和实践能力培养正确的学习能力。
