针对摩托车油箱外壳成形过程复杂,冲压生产中容易出现质量问题,应用FASTAMP-NX软件,建立有限元分析模型,采用理论分析和有限元模拟技术相结合的方法,模拟了摩托车油箱上壳体成形过程的变形规律和影响因素,将坯料形状、压边力、摩擦系数、拉延筋阻力作为主要设计变量,探讨其对成形质量的影响规律,并进行工艺参数调整及对工艺进行优化。结果显示,优化后的工艺较好的消除了破裂以及起皱现象,有助于实现摩托车油箱上壳整体成形质量的提高,具有一定的使用价值和理论意义。
In view of the complicated forming process of motorcycle fuel tank shell and the quality problems in stamping production, the finite element analysis model is established by using FASTAMP-NX software. By combining the theoretical analysis and finite element simulation technology, Deformation law and influencing factors of forming process, the blank shape, blank holder force, friction coefficient, drawbead resistance as the main design variables, to explore the impact on the forming quality and process parameters to adjust and optimize the process. The results show that the optimized technology can eliminate the rupture and wrinkling well, which is helpful to improve the overall forming quality of upper tank of motorcycle fuel tank. It has a certain value of use and theoretical significance.
