The concept of distributive justice and procedural justice in the political arena focuses on the fairness and correctness of the distribution of valuable goods and the necessary burdens in society. The fact that the rules for distribution are no longer natural but human beings and the product of the decisions, once they become obvious, the question of justice arises. Human behavior can also be changed by humans. The accidental insights into social institutions and their consequent need for justification led to the emergence of the theory of justice. Since the theory of justice is a theory of various social configurations, the social configuration needs to be maintained (Barry 1989, 3).
