目的:探讨麝香保心丸联合西药治疗冠心病急性心肌梗死临床疗效及不良反应观察。方法:选择2013年1月—2013年12月期间我院412例冠心病急性心肌梗死患者根据随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各206例;对照组给予常规的西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上结合麝香保心丸治疗,两组患者疗程均为30 d。结果:观察组治疗后CRP和WBC均明显低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,且均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肌红蛋白和AST均明显低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,且均具有统计学意义;观察组治疗后心率较治疗前明显降低,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后溶血磷脂酸水平明显低于至前及对照组治疗后,且均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未出现明显的不良反应。结论:麝香保心丸联合西药治疗冠心病急性心肌梗死临床效果显著,且无明显不良反应,具有重要临床研究价值,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with western medicine in treating acute myocardial infarction with coronary heart disease. Methods: From January 2013 to December 2013, 412 patients with acute myocardial infarction with coronary heart disease in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 206 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine , The treatment group in the control group based on the combination of musk pill, two groups of patients were treated for 30 d. Results: The CRP and WBC in observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and in control group after treatment (P <0.05), and the levels of myoglobin and AST in observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and before treatment Group after treatment, and both were statistically significant; observation group after treatment, the heart rate was significantly lower than before treatment, and with statistical significance (P <0.05); observation group after treatment, the level of lysophosphatidic acid was significantly lower than the treatment of the former and the control group (P <0.05). No significant adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion: The clinical effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with western medicine in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction with coronary heart disease is significant and has no obvious adverse reactions, which is of important clinical research value and worthy of further popularization and application.
