电离辐射对药品的影响,是指高能电子和其它高能的能够产生电离作用的粒子(γ光子,中子等)与药品作用,使药品直接或间接产生物理、化学变化,从而改变药品的颜色、pH值、含量、药理活性、毒性等。研究电离辐射对药品影响的意义有三,第一是辐射引起化学反应的可能性;第二是药品可否用电离辐射方法灭菌;第三是核武器爆炸时早期核辐射对药品有无影响。到目前为止,第一和第三方面的研究论文
The influence of ionizing radiation on drugs refers to the interaction between high-energy electrons and other high-energy ionizing particles (such as γ-photons and neutrons) and drugs to directly or indirectly produce physical and chemical changes of drugs to change the color, pH value, content, pharmacological activity, toxicity and so on. There are three implications for studying the effects of ionizing radiation on pharmaceuticals. The first is the possibility that radiation causes chemical reactions. The second is whether the drugs can be sterilized by ionizing radiation. The third is whether early radiation affects the drugs when the nuclear weapons explode.
