自古至今,领导行为都是人类社会的普遍现象。学术界对领导现象也是关注备至,涉及领导的环境、领导的方法、领导的决策、领导的用人等方面,不一而足。但是从领导者的心理角度来考察领导沟通行为的研究,尚少有人问津。本文引入心理咨询科学的相关理论和假设,在领导沟通活动中进行创新和应用,从领导者理性、耐性和权变性三个角度来分析影响有效个体领导沟通行为的心理品格因素,从定性的角度来对这个论题进行模型和理论构建。希望能给相关研究者以启迪,同时也为进一步的定量研究准备基础。
Since ancient times, leadership is a common phenomenon in human society. Academia is also concerned about the phenomenon of leadership, involving the leadership of the environment, leadership methods, leadership decisions, the leadership of the employment and so on. However, from the psychological point of view of leaders to study the leadership communication behavior research, few people interested. This article introduces relevant theories and assumptions of psychological counseling science, innovates and applies in the leadership communication activities, and analyzes the psychological personality factors that affect the leadership communication behavior of effective individuals from three aspects: leader rationality, patience and contingency. From a qualitative point of view, To model the topic and construct the theory. Hope to give the relevant researchers to enlighten, but also for the preparation of further quantitative research foundation.
