针对感应加热电源功率调节问题,分析了电源的整体结构和逆变器的工作状态,给出了基于脉宽移相(PS-PWM)和锁相控制相结合的电源功率调节方案,通过理论计算得到了电源输出的功率与移相角的关系。运用MATLAB软件中SIMULINK模块搭建了模型并进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明采用这种方法不仅可以使电源连续自动的输出功率,同时具有较大的移相角功率调节范围。
Aiming at the problem of power regulation of induction heating power supply, the overall structure of power supply and the working state of the inverter are analyzed. The power regulation scheme based on pulse width phase shift (PS-PWM) and phase lock control is given. By theoretical calculation The relationship between power output and phase shift angle is obtained. Using MATLAB software SIMULINK module to build a model and simulation analysis, the simulation results show that this method can not only make the power continuous automatic output power, but also has a large phase shift power adjustment range.
