本研究依托G20峰会的语言服务项目,尝试探索以面向客户(C-customer,此处客户即杭州G20峰会,下同)的语言服务(S)志愿者成长的C-S模式,从口译服务、笔译服务及网络服务三个方面的能力着手,培养国际交流中各场合的双语产出流畅的志愿者骨干,如MTI研究生。同时,并以此为范本,由志愿者骨干带动次级志愿者成长,有效提高整个志愿者群体的语言服务能力,更好地服务于客户,实现经济、社会及生态效益的大丰收。
Based on the language services of the G20 Summit, this study attempts to explore the CS model of the growth of volunteers in language services (S) for customers (C-customer, where the customer is the G20 Summit in Hangzhou) from interpretation services to translation services And network services in three areas, we should cultivate the backbone of volunteers with smooth bilingual output on all occasions in international exchanges, such as MTI graduate students. At the same time, taking this as a model, the volunteers will be led by the backbone of secondary volunteer growth, effectively improve the language service capacity of the entire volunteer group, to better serve our customers, to achieve economic, social and ecological benefits of the bumper harvest.
