湖北省电力公司是国家电网公司的全资子公司,是全省电力行业的核心企业,是省内电力市场的骨干企业。准确了解公司在行业中所处的竞争地位,从而选择相应的战略、制定具体的对策,将有利于赢得竞争优势,促进企业的发展。本文试图运用波特竞争“五力”模型,对全省电力行业结构和竞争环境进行初步分析和探讨。 Hubei Provincial Power Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of State Grid Corporation of China, is the province’s power industry’s core business, is the province’s power market backbone enterprises. Having a precise understanding of the company’s competitive position in the industry, selecting the appropriate strategy and formulating specific measures will help to win the competitive advantage and promote the development of the enterprise. This paper attempts to use Porter competition “five forces ” model, the province’s power industry structure and competitive environment for a preliminary analysis and discussion.
