采用标准k-epsilon,SST以及DES 3种湍流模型对小流量工况下半开式离心泵的流量-扬程曲线和内部流场进行了数值模拟。为了验证模拟结果,应用二维粒子图像测速技术(PIV)对离心泵的内部流场进行了实验测量。研究证明:对于半开式离心泵流量-扬程曲线的预测,3种数值方法都能比较准确的进行预测;而对于内部流场的预测,标准k-epsilon和SST湍流模型不能得到准确全面的结果,而DES方法则可以较为准确的预测出内部流场细节。
Three types of turbulence models, k-epsilon, SST and DES, were used to simulate the flow-lift curve and the internal flow field of a semi-open centrifugal pump under low flow conditions. In order to verify the simulation results, two-dimensional particle image velocimetry (PIV) was used to measure the internal flow field of the centrifugal pump. The results show that all three kinds of numerical methods can accurately predict the flow-lift curve of semi-open centrifugal pumps, while the standard k-epsilon and SST turbulence models can not obtain accurate and comprehensive results for the prediction of internal flow field , While the DES method can more accurately predict the internal flow field details.
