提出了一种有效提高开口率的新型黑矩阵方式的设计思想。与传统黑矩阵相比, 在不增加工序和增大工艺难度的基础上, 提高了开口率。同时, 通过对黑矩阵尺寸的优化设计,得到了较好的视角特性。将这种方式的黑矩阵应用于 409cm (161 英寸) S X G A(1 280×3 R G B×1 024)全彩色液晶显示屏, 可使开口率提高 6% 。
A design idea of a new type of black matrix that effectively improves the aperture ratio is proposed. Compared with the traditional black matrix, without increasing the process and increasing the difficulty of the process, based on the increased aperture ratio. At the same time, through the optimal design of the black matrix size, better viewing angle characteristics are obtained. Applying the black matrix in this manner to a 40.9 cm (16.1 in) S X G A (1 280 × 3 R G B × 1 024) full-color liquid crystal display increases the aperture ratio by 6%.
