运用传统设计方法完成了对铸钢托轮的铸造工艺设计,根据铸件的凝固特点确定了浇注系统以及冷却补缩系统的尺寸。采用最新的计算机模拟软件Z-Cast对设计的工艺系统进行了模拟验证,模拟结果表明,在托轮顶部和内部产生缩孔缺陷。为了消除这些缺陷,采用加补贴和保温冒口的方法对铸造工艺进行了优化,最大程度地减小和消除铸造缺陷,获得合理的铸造工艺方案。
The casting process design of the cast steel wheel was completed by using the traditional design method. According to the solidification characteristics of the casting, the size of the casting system and the cooling and replenishing system were determined. Using the latest computer simulation software Z-Cast, the designed process system was simulated and verified. The simulation results showed that shrinkage defects were generated on the top and the inside of the carrier wheel. In order to eliminate these defects, the casting process was optimized with the method of adding subsidies and thermal insulation risers to minimize and eliminate casting defects and obtain a reasonable casting process scheme.
