以四氢呋喃作为溶剂,阳离子交换树脂粉末作为官能基团,采用液体浇注方法制备了聚氯乙烯(PVC)/丁苯橡胶(SBR)异相阳离子交换膜。在真空反应器中通过氩等离子体处理由银纳米粒子对膜表面进行改性,提高膜性能。并研究了银纳米沉积层厚度对膜性能的影响。扫描光学显微镜照片显示,与未改性膜相比,沉积层厚度为40 nm的膜具有较好的性能。还研究了盐溶液浓度对优质膜电化学性能的影响。结果表明,膜的电阻、膜电位、迁移数和选择率随氯化钠溶液浓度的增大而下降。
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) / styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) heterogeneous cation exchange membrane was prepared by liquid pouring method using tetrahydrofuran as solvent and cation exchange resin powder as functional groups. Argon plasma treatment in a vacuum reactor by silver nanoparticles modified membrane surface, improve membrane performance. The influence of the thickness of silver nano-deposited layer on the performance of the film was also studied. Scanning optical micrographs showed that films with a 40 nm deposition thickness had better properties than the unmodified ones. The effect of salt concentration on the electrochemical performance of high quality films was also studied. The results showed that the membrane resistance, membrane potential, migration number and selectivity decreased with increasing concentration of sodium chloride solution.
