目前,有些企业忽视思想政治工作,把奖金作为调动劳动者积极性的唯一手段,奖金发放过度膨胀,使企业消费基金增长幅度远超企业利润提高幅度,甚至有些企业经济效益没有提高,奖金却依然增长,造成社会消费基金宏观失控,加剧了社会总需求与总供给的矛盾。当前把奖金控制在有效、合理的范围内刻不容缓。本文试就加强思想政治工作,有效控制企业奖金膨胀的问题作一些探讨。
At present, some enterprises neglect their ideological and political work and regard bonuses as the only means of mobilizing the enthusiasm of laborers. Over-expansion of bonuses has made the growth rate of corporate consumer funds far exceeded that of enterprises. Even though the economic benefits of some enterprises have not been raised, bonuses have still increased , Resulting in macro-control of the social consumption fund, aggravating the contradiction between the total social demand and the total supply. The current bonus control in an effective and reasonable range without delay. This article tries to make some discussions on strengthening the ideological and political work and effectively controlling the inflation of enterprise bonuses.
