本文采用真空热压烧结法成功制备出接近致密性的Fe-Ni/Zr2P2WO12复合材料。利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜及热膨胀系数测试仪研究并讨论了复合材料的相结构、表面形貌及热膨胀性能,采用阿基米德原理计算了复合材料的致密度。结果表明:采用真空热压烧结法可制备出Fe-Ni/Zr2P2WO12复合材料;其平均线膨胀系数在不同温度区间内均随复合材料中Zr2P2WO12百分含量的增加而降低;复合材料的密度随Zr2P2WO12含量增加而降低,但致密度均达到了90%以上。
In this paper, the near-compact Fe-Ni / Zr2P2WO12 composites were successfully prepared by vacuum hot-pressing sintering. The phase structure, surface morphology and thermal expansion of the composites were studied and discussed by means of X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and thermal expansion coefficient tester. The composite density was calculated by Archimedes’ principle. The results show that Fe-Ni / Zr2P2WO12 composite can be prepared by vacuum hot-pressing sintering. The average linear expansion coefficient of Fe-Ni / Zr2P2WO12 composite decreases with the increase of Zr2P2WO12 content in the composites at different temperature ranges. The density of the composites decreases with Zr2P2WO12 Content increases and decreases, but the density reached more than 90%.
