目的 :研究血液中凝血因子 ,尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物 ( UPA)和抑制物 - 1( PAI- 1)水平对恶性肿瘤的影响。方法 :F a采用重组可溶性组织因子 ( r STF)一期法 ,F :C采用经典一期法 ,F :Ag、U PA和 PAI- 1采用 EL ISA法测定。结果 :1肿瘤组 F :Ag、F a、UPA和 PAI- 1较对照组显著升高 ( P <0 .0 1~ 0 .0 0 1)。 2中、晚期肿瘤组 F a、U PA较早期组升高 ;已转移组 F a、UPA和 PAI- 1较未转移组高 ;死亡组全部指标较存活组显著升高 ( P<0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1)。 3F a与 U PA、PAI- 1水平呈正相关。结论 :恶性肿瘤患者血液中 F :Ag、F a、U PA和 PAI- 1显著升高 ,后三者为肿瘤进展和转移的独立危险因素
Objective: To investigate the effects of blood coagulation factors, urokinase-type plasminogen activator (UPA) and inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) on malignant tumors. Methods: F a was determined by rSTF method. F: C was determined by classical method, F: Ag, U PA and PAI-1 by EL ISA method. Results: 1 F: Ag, F a, UPA and PAI-1 in tumor group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01 ~ 0.010). (2) F a, U PA in the advanced and advanced cancer groups were higher than those in the early stage; F a, UPA and PAI-1 in the metastasis group were higher than those in the non-metastasis group; all indexes in the death group were significantly higher than those in the survival group (P <0. 5 ~ 0 .0 1). 3F a and U PA, PAI-1 levels were positively correlated. CONCLUSIONS: The levels of F: Ag, F a, U PA and PAI-1 in the blood of patients with malignant tumor are significantly increased, and the latter three are independent risk factors for tumor progression and metastasis
