对12名健康生育男性精液冷冻前后精子穿透去透明带金黄地鼠卵试验(SPA)变化进行了对比研究。献精者精子密度为124±38.8×10~6/ml,冷冻前精子活动率为75.6％±9.0％,冷冻后精子活动率为62.9％±11.9％,冷冻后精子活动率较冷冻前明显下降(t=4.18,P<0.01)。SPA值冷冻前为36.9％±11.8％,冷冻后为26.7％±9.7％,冷冻后SPA值较冷冻前显著降低(t=9.09,P<0.01)。冷冻后SPA值下降与精子活动率的降低无相关性(r=0.062,P>0.05)。
The changes of sperm motility before and after sperm cryopreservation in 12 healthy male fertilized men were compared with that of the golden hamster ovum (ZP) test. The sperm concentration of donors was 124 ± 38.8 × 10 ~ 6 / ml, sperm motility was 75.6% ± 9.0% before freezing, sperm motility was 62.9% ± 11.9% after freezing, sperm motility was significantly lower than that before freezing (t = 4.18, P <0.01). The SPA value was 36.9% ± 11.8% before freezing and 26.7% ± 9.7% after freezing. The SPA value after freezing was significantly lower than that before freezing (t = 9.09, P <0.01). After freezing, there was no correlation between the decrease of SPA value and the decrease of sperm motility (r = 0.062, P> 0.05).
