白血病相关的抑制因子日益受到重视。至今已经确定了乳铁蛋白、酸性异铁蛋白、转铁蛋白和前列腺素E_2等有负性调节作用。但是,仍有不少抑制现象不能用已知因子解释。 小鼠癌性腹水的抑癌活性早已被人注意。我们对L7811小鼠白血病腹水及其细胞系L7811—85的条件培养液进行了初步分析。找出了它们的主要抑制活性组份。它们不仅对正常小鼠的造血细胞有抑制作用,而且有更明显的自身抑制作用。提示白血病细胞也有负性自身调节因子(Negative autocrine)的存在。
The leukemia-related inhibitors are increasingly valued. So far, it has been determined that lactoferrin, acidic isoferritin, transferrin, and prostaglandin E2 have negative regulatory effects. However, there are still many inhibitory phenomena that cannot be explained by known factors. The anti-cancer activity of cancerous ascites in mice has long been noticed. We performed a preliminary analysis of the conditioned medium of L7811 mouse leukemia ascites and its cell line L7811-85. Their main inhibitory activity components were identified. They not only have inhibitory effects on hematopoietic cells in normal mice, but also have more pronounced autoinhibitory effects. It suggests that the leukemic cells also have the negative autocrine.
