近几年来,我国的国有企业人力资源管理的中心正逐渐从以事为中心的管理方式向以人为中心的管理方式转变,人力资源管理得到前所未有的重视,但是国有企业人力资源管理工作还存在不少问题。一个企业要发展,要壮大,关键要看人的素质,这是发展的根本,是发展的动力来源。这里所说的素质,不仅包括人的生理素质,而且还包括人的心理素质。而思想政治教育学则是一门指导人们形成正确思想行为的科学,它研究人的生理、心理因素,研究需要——动机——行为的发展过程。而这与人力资源管理坚持“以人为本”为本的指导思想相契合。所以,现在的煤矿企业应积极探索从人力资源管理角度出发,在思想政治教育工作方面大胆创新。
