目的:探讨非营养性吸吮联合早期微量喂养对早产儿胃肠功能的影响及喂养不耐受的情况。方法:将2012年4月-2013年2月我院62例早产儿随机分成观察组32例和对照组30例,对照组予常规喂养,观察组在常规治疗护理的基础上,予非营养性吸吮联合早期微量喂养,比较两组患儿的开奶时间、达全肠道喂养时间及及喂养不耐受发生情况。结果:观察组开奶时间及达全肠道喂养时间均明显早于对照组(P<0.05),观察组喂养不耐受的发生率则显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:非营养性吸吮联合早期微量喂养能促进早产儿胃肠功能更快地发育成熟,并提高早产儿胃肠道喂养的耐受性。
Objective: To investigate the effect of non-nutritive sucking combined with early micronutrient on gastrointestinal function and feeding intolerance in premature infants. Methods: From April 2012 to February 2013, 62 preterm infants in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (32 cases) and control group (30 cases). The control group was given conventional feeding. On the basis of conventional treatment and nursing, the observation group was given non-nutritional Sucking combined with early micro-feeding, compared the two groups of children’s opening time, up to the total intestine feeding time and feeding intolerance occurred. Results: The opening time of the observation group and the time of full gut feeding were significantly earlier than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of feeding intolerance in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The combination of non-nutritive sucking and early micronutrient feeding can promote the rapid development of gastrointestinal function in premature infants and increase the tolerance of gastrointestinal tract in premature infants.
