介绍了一种低频干耦合穿透法超声波检测在固体火箭发动机绝热结构内部粘接质量检测中的应用,设计制作了对比试块以校准该方法的检测灵敏度,并对实际产品进行了无损检测,证明该方法适用于绝热结构内部粘接质量检测。
The application of low frequency dry coupling penetrating ultrasonic testing in the inspection of the internal bonding quality of the solid rocket engine heat insulation structure is introduced. The contrast test block is designed to calibrate the detection sensitivity of the method, and the nondestructive testing of the actual product is carried out. It is proved that the method is suitable for the quality inspection of the internal bonding of the adiabatic structure.
