2014年2月21日晚,宁夏银川市地震局家属大院电缆烧毁,导致小区部分用户停电。国网银川供电公司依托信息系统准确判断故障类型进行派单,抢修指挥中心员工在收到信息后快速到达,一次性处理并快捷完成了返单,全程用时1小时09分钟。自2014年1月以来,国网宁夏电力试点开展“首到必修”业务,实现了“一个报修、一张工单、一支队伍、一次到达现场、一次解决问题”的快速抢修目的,大大缩短了抢修时间,保证了服务质量,这是国网宁夏电力提升营销管理水平的特色工作。“首到必修”业务,在分析电网结构、人力资源、技术装备及信息系统状况基础上,优化配网故障抢修管理模式和业务流程,以先进的科技应用为手段,提高配网监控水平,做到故障快速报告、快速诊断、快速定位、快速隔离、快速修复、快速沟通,全面提升公司配网运行和管理水平。
