在谷物联合收割机上(如4115L和4115L_1发动机)和一些固定动力装置上,采用了干式非常压单片摩擦离合器(见本刊今年第四期封底)。去年我场一台牵引联合收割机在夏收中,曾多次出现离合器分离后,结合不上的故障,离合器不能正常工作。经检查原因是调整离合器间隙的三个压紧罩甩出,掉到离合器壳体里。压紧罩为什么甩出呢?我们进一步进行了检查分析,发现是由于离合器杠杆上的定位螺栓调整太短,分离杠杆行程太大,使分离轴承移动太大,造成平衡杆与调整螺栓和套筒的脱离间隙过大(平衡杆头部和特制螺栓之间的间隙等于或大于压紧罩的高度),使压紧罩从特制螺栓上甩出。我们按说明书规定,在离合器分离时,将杠杆上的定位螺栓拧长,使它顶住离合器外壳的法兰盘后,
