腰滩油田大部分井采用掺水加药,为保证加药效果,先后采用了恒压滴加装置、加药箱人工搅拌装置(保证加药浓度)、除油装置、加药保温管(防冻堵),取得了一定效果,但是由于井多分散,虽然安排了专人加强加药,但总体效果较差。为改变这种现状,结合腰滩油田掺水系统恒流水嘴使用的效果,各井口掺水都有一定压力,借鉴消防泡沫枪和燃油锅炉简易喷嘴的压力喷射原理,设计连续加药工艺,经现场试验效果良好,不仅保证加药浓度的稳定,降低了工作量,而且节约了岗位的工作人员。
