一、总体评价 (一)内容评价 2003年文科综合能力测试试卷是在国家大力推进素质教育的背景下,依据《考试说明》的有关规定精心编制的,它体现了教育部新课程改革目标的精神。与往年的文综卷相比,它保持了应有的连续性和稳定性,可以说是基本稳定,稳中求改,稳中出新。具体表现为: 1、试题总体难度、分值比例基本保持往年水平,内容上没有超出《考试说明》规定的考试范围。题目突出了对学科基本知识、基本技能、基本思维品质的考查。 2、试题在保持了信息量大、时代感强、强调知识运用、理论联系实际的风格与特点的同时,又有两个突破。其一,适当改变了三年来试题布局的定势,非选择题中跨学科综合试题突出了学科之间的自然渗透与融合。其二,试题带进了辨析题
