目前,国内的瓷砖行业面临比较严峻的市场环境,不同企业之间的竞争日益激化。为了赢得有限的销售市场,整个行业显得比较混乱,市场同质化严重,缺乏创新。消费者在选购时往往更加看重企业所提供的服务,或者说,服务本身也是可消费的产品,只不过是附加在瓷砖产品之上。面对服务需求的进一步强化,瓷砖企业若还是无动于衷,最终迎来的只能是淘汰。
