语文教学有其规律性,教学不是教师一味地灌输知识,而学生被动的接收知识,而应该是引导学生学会质疑学会思考,所以教师应该以身作则,让课堂变得生动活泼,精心设计一些问题,来充分调动学生的学习积极性,学生更应该以饱满的热情来学习,有追求真理的欲望,培养学生独立思考,激发创新热情。教师与学生之间互相促进,共同进步。学生学习成果的好坏也体现了教师教学水平的高低,不过,每个学生都有着个性化的差异,因此根据学习能力以及接受效果的不同,学生也分为不同的层次,如何在不同层次的学生之间保持平衡对于教师也是一种考验。经验丰富的教师可以综合考虑每位学生,让他们在课堂上都能有所收获有所提高。
