财会专业的特殊性使得基于校企合作前提下的实训教学很难有真正的突破。在信息化教学媒介日趋丰富的今天,利用全息式手段构建高仿真度的企业模型成为可能。与此同时,结合企业实际情况整合实训课程的业务资源,聘请企业专家与校内专业教师一起组建导师团队,借鉴传统学徒方式并利用信息化手段开发教学模式,采用上学即上班的形式完成工作任务。该文把这种在财会专业中实施的现代学徒制称为“影子课程”。
The specialty of finance and accounting major makes it difficult to have a real breakthrough based on the practical teaching under the premise of school-enterprise cooperation. Nowadays, with the increasingly informative teaching media, it is possible to construct a high-fidelity enterprise model using holographic means. At the same time, integrating business resources of practical training courses according to actual conditions of enterprises, employing professional experts and professional teachers in schools to set up mentoring teams, using traditional apprenticeship methods and developing teaching modes by means of informationization, and completing tasks with the form of attending school or going to work . The article calls this “modern apprenticeship” practiced in the accounting profession “Shadow Course.”
