目的用综合指数法对某钢管厂φ100钢管技改项目工作场所职业卫生防护措施进行评价并提出建议。方法采用职业卫生学现场调查、工作场所职业病危害因素检测,职业病危害防护设施相结合。结果工作场所有害因素监测合格率噪声91.4%、粉尘95%、毒物100%、高温63.6%、工频电场90%、单项指数达标率>90%。结论该项目工程综合指数I=0.7,评价为Ⅰ级,职业卫生综合评价合格。
Objective To evaluate the occupational health protection measures in the workplace of φ100 steel pipe technological transformation project of a steel pipe plant by the comprehensive index method and put forward some suggestions. Methods Occupational hygiene field investigation, workplace occupational hazards testing, occupational hazards protection facilities combined. Results The passing rate of harmful factors in the workplace was 91.4%, dust 95%, poison 100%, high temperature 63.6% and power frequency electric field 90%. The single index compliance rate was over 90%. Conclusion The comprehensive index of this project is I = 0.7, which is rated as Grade Ⅰ, and the comprehensive evaluation of occupational health is qualified.
