以Co-Sb合金为对象,研究了定向凝固过程中合金的组织演变过程,分析了不同凝固速率对合金组织的影响。结果表明,定向凝固速度为2μm/s时,合金凝固组织只有后续凝固的Sb和包晶相CoSb3两相。
Taking Co-Sb alloy as an example, the microstructure evolution of the alloy during directional solidification was studied. The effects of different solidification rates on the microstructure of the alloy were analyzed. The results show that when the directional solidification speed is 2μm / s, the solidified microstructure of the alloy is only composed of the Sb and the CoSb3 phases.
