一、施工管理信息化现状及存在问题目前,建设工程总体呈现出大型化、复杂化的发展趋势,信息化变得必要而实用。调查显示,传统建设工程项目中2/3的问题与信息交流有关;建设项目中10%～33%的成本增加与信息交流问题有关;在大型工程项目中,因信息交流问题而导致的工程变更和错误至少占工程总成本的3%～5%。所以,应用信息技术,实现施工项目工期、质量、成本、安全的集成化
