实验用Wistar大鼠56只,随机分为四组,即对照组,150mg/LNaF组,75mg/LAs2O3组和150mg/LNaF+75mg/LAs2O3联合组。各组动物于染毒6个月时收集24小时尿液,进行尿氟、尿砷和尿羟脯氨酸含量分析。结果表明:氟砷联合作用于机体时,砷对氟的排泄具有某种抑制作用,而氟对砷的排泄无明显影响。各实验组尿羟脯氨酸含量均明显高于对照组,砷组高于氟组和氟砷联合组。表明氟和砷均对胶原代谢有明显影响。其联合作用显示出氟具有拮抗砷对胶原代谢的影响。胶原代谢的紊乱在氟中毒骨骼异常改变中起着重要作用。同时这种紊乱可能是砷中毒皮肤异常改变的一个重要中间环节。
Fifty-six Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: control group, 150mg / LNaF group, 75mg / L As2O3 group and 150mg / LNaF + 75mg / L As2O3 combination group. Urine, urinary arsenic and urinary hydroxyproline content of 24-hour urine samples of each group were collected at 6 months after exposure. The results showed that arsenic had some inhibitory effect on the excretion of fluoride when the combination of fluoride and arsenic was applied to the body, while fluorine had no obvious effect on arsenic excretion. Urinary hydroxyproline content in each experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, arsenic group was higher than fluorine group and fluorine arsenic combined group. Both fluoride and arsenic show a significant effect on collagen metabolism. Its combined effect shows that fluoride has an effect on collagen metabolism by arsenic. Disorders of collagen metabolism play an important role in the abnormal changes of skeletal fluorosis. At the same time this disorder may be abnormal changes in arsenic poisoning an important intermediate link.
