石砭峪水库是一座定向爆破沥青混凝土斜墙堆石坝.1978年、1980年、1992年和1993年在大坝右岸700m平台以下先后发生四次严重的漏裂破坏.在发生漏水的同期,对渗漏区进行过周边防渗处理;在700m平台下的反派中心处增设了预留伸缩缝;对裂缝进行了封堵和局部表面补渗处理等措施.漏裂原因是,坝体人工堆料杂乱,均一性差;下覆坡积厚,稳定性差,基础抗冲刷能力弱;坝体结构设计尚欠合理,施工质量差等.建议对渗漏区斜墙下部的人工堆料进行充填改造,增强其稳定性;对700m平台以下坝段的基础及坡积部分要认真处理,增强其稳定性,和加强对大坝运行进行严密监测、管理等.
Shiyu valley reservoir is a directional blasting asphalt concrete inclined rockfill dam. In 1978, 1980, 1992 and 1993, there were four serious leakage failures below the 700m platform on the right bank of the dam. During the same period of water leakage, the seepage zone was treated with anti-seepage treatment. In the anti-center at 700m platform, expansion joints were reserved. Measures such as plugging and partial surface infiltration were carried out. The reason for the leakage is that the dam body is in disorder and the uniformity is poor. The thickness of the lower slope is poor, the stability is poor, and the basic anti-erosion ability is weak. The structural design of the dam is still not reasonable and the construction quality is poor. It is suggested that the artificial pile material in the lower part of the sloping wall in the leaking zone should be filled and reformed so as to enhance its stability. The foundation and slop part below 700m platform should be seriously treated to enhance its stability and strengthen the dam operation Monitoring, management and so on.
