By analyzing and summarizing the tree wheel climatology and tree ring hydrology research results obtained in the Altai area in China, five temperature reconstruction sequences, three precipitation reconstruction sequences and two runoff reconstruction sequences were selected, The correlation coefficient between the low-frequency and high-frequency, the phase change of the sequence, the extreme year and the period are discussed and compared, and the interdecadal variation of Altai climate is also analyzed. The results show that: (1) During the current temperature reconstruction in the Altai Mountains, all the reconstructed periods are in the tree growing season. The five temperature reconstruction sequences are shown in the 1690s - 1700s, 1730s, 1780s - 1790s during the cold season , The 1710s - the 1720s, the 1800s - the 1830s, the 1940s - the warmer periods since the 1960s and the 1990s. There are 3 sequences indicating warm years in 1830, cold years in 1698, 1784, 1911, 1985-1986. (2) Three precipitation reconstruction sequences show that the 1830s-1860s experienced a relatively steady period of precipitation. The 1870s-1900s were the longest period of drought and 1900s the dry years. (3) The two runoff reconstructed sequences show that in the 1730s and 1810s-the wet season in the 1820s, the 1750s and the 1870s-the dry season in the 1890s, the precipitation had a great influence on the runoff of the Haba River. (4) Analysis of interdecadal climate change shows that the Altai Mountains were mainly warm and dry in the 1830s-1990s and warm and wet periods after the 1990s.
