目的 :分析维拉帕米对伯氏疟原虫抗本芴醇株的耐药性是否有逆转作用。方法 :采用Peters 4日抑制实验 ,涂片计数红细胞感染率并计算原虫抑制率 ,分析了维拉帕米对伯氏疟原虫敏株、抗本芴醇株及抗氯喹株的药物敏感性的影响。结果 :维拉帕米不但能增强本芴醇对伯氏疟原虫K1 73株 (敏感株 )的杀虫作用 ,还能在一定程度上增强抗本芴醇株对本芴醇的敏感性。与之相比 ,维拉帕米对氯喹杀灭敏株的作用没有影响 ,也不能逆转抗氯喹株的氯喹抗性。结论 :维拉帕米可在一定程度上增强本芴醇对伯氏疟原虫K1 73株及其抗本芴醇株的杀虫作用 ;维拉帕米对抗本芴醇株及抗氯喹株产生逆转作用的机制可能不同
OBJECTIVE: To analyze whether verapamil has a reversal effect on the resistance of Plasmodium berghei anti-benflumetol strains. Methods: The inhibitory effect of verapamil on the susceptibility of Plasmodium berghei, anti-benflumetol and chloroquine resistant strains was analyzed using Peters 4-day inhibition test, smear-counting erythrocyte infection rate and protozoal suppression rate . Results: Verapamil not only enhanced the insecticidal action of lumefantrine against Plasmodium berghei K1 73 (sensitive strain), but also increased the susceptibility of lumefantrine to benflumetol to a certain extent. In contrast, verapamil had no effect on the killing of chloroquine-sensitive strains nor did it reverse the chloroquine resistance of chloroquine resistant strains. Conclusion: Verapamil can enhance the insecticidal effect of lumefantrine against Plasmodium berghei K1 73 and its anti-lumefantrine to some extent.
