为贯彻落实中央关于开展“基层组织建设年”的部署,扎实推动全区机关干部“下基层、解民忧、帮发展、促和谐”活动的深入开展,笔者认为,机关干部在“下基层”活动中应重点把握以下几个问题。一要牢记主要任务。机关干部“下基层”不仅是培养干部群众观念,锤炼干部过硬作风,提升干事能力的有效途径,更是壮大基层工作力量,解决基层热点难点问题的有效举措,是一项利党利民的“双赢”之策。机关干部在“下基层”活动中应以改善民生为着力点,牢记“不计大小解民忧、理清思路帮发展、化解矛盾促和谐”三大任务,并以此为出发点,从而增强工作的针对性和有效性。
