The Fifth Series of “Chinese Poetics” (edited by Jiang Yin and Zhang Bowei) will soon be published by Nanjing University Press. This series discusses the hot topics in academia ─ ─ “twenty-four poems” to discuss the authenticity. This issue was raised by Chen Shangjun and Wang Yonghao’s articles and aroused great repercussions both at home and abroad. Many scholars at this International Symposium on Literature in the Tang Dynasty in 1994 and at the International Symposium on Ancient Literary Theory in 1995 held this view.
